Welcome to Reminari. These terms are an agreement between you and Reminari ("Reminari", "we", "us"). By using Reminari, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Reminari

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if it's higher.

Your content stays yours

Everything you save — screenshots, links, notes — is yours, and you keep all rights to it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service for you: to store, sync, read, organize, and (when you enable cloud AI) summarize your content, and to deliver items you choose to share with friends. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't use it for anything other than providing Reminari to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Reminari to:

• store or share content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to keep or share;
• harass, abuse, or send unwanted content to other people through sharing;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

When you share with a friend, you're responsible for what you send. We provide block and report tools, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI features

Reminari's AI-generated titles, summaries, tags, and answers are provided to help you find things. They can be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are not professional advice. Use your own judgment.

Subscriptions

Reminari is free to start. Paid plans, where available, are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Refunds are handled by the app stores under their policies.

Availability and disclaimer

We work hard to keep Reminari reliable, but it is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI results will be accurate. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose — in particular, items you mark "on-device only" are not backed up by us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reminari will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Reminari.

Termination

You can stop using Reminari and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date above and notify you of material changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
